Order Minimums

A minimum order of 15 boxed lunches is required. Menu selections are subject to our group ordering guidelines and availability.

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Please ensure your order details, delivery information, and dietary requests are accurate.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are nonrefundable.

Large orders may require a longer cancellation notice period, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Changes to confirmed orders are subject to availability and approval.

Payments & Pricing

All orders are subject to applicable sales tax and delivery charges. A 3% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Delivery

Delivery times are coordinated in advance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and any special delivery instructions.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please communicate all dietary restrictions and food allergies when placing your order.
