Cancellation Policy
Every order placed with Boxed Lunch LA is individually sourced and prepared specifically for you. Because of this, same-day cancellations are not accepted and will be subject to the full invoice charge. Most orders can be cancelled with a minimum 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled delivery. Larger orders require a 48-hour cancellation window. If you have questions about your specific order, please contact us as soon as possible.
